AI has just become fabulous at video. To be fair, it’s been pretty good for a while now, but it just got amazing. You can now create a simple avatar and use text-to-video tools. Yes, you read that right: text to video! Just type in your script, hit return, and out pops a video.
And all of this—without needing to iron your clinic coat (was it just me that only did this when photo/video was involved? ??).
I’ve been building sites and traffic pages for clinics for years, and nothing increases bookings and inquiries like video. Let’s say you have a sciatica page on your website—adding a sciatica explainer video that describes your process, puts a face to your business, explains why you’re different and guides your viewer through what to do next, will quickly translate into inquiries.

In the age of TikTok, YouTube, and Instagram, video is more important than ever. A whole generation is used to consuming content via video. Did you know that TikTok was the most visited website on the internet last year—even above Google? ?? I’ll just give you a sec to think about that. More people visited Tiktok than Google.
Some tools to play around with? The list is endless, but my favourites so far are HeyJen and Synthesia.
