This is the most acclaimed restaurant in Buckinghamshire. 3AA Restaurant, listed No 5 in the UK Top Restaurants, named a Rising Star in the Michelin Guide 2011 and now listed 36th in the Top 50 UK Restaurants Good Food Guide 2018, having also and an Exceptional Wine List.
It prides itself on innovative and refined Modern European cuisine, featuring the best of the season’s ingredients – including many foraged from the surrounding area.
Salary between ￡19,000-￡21,500/year gross depending on experience + tips/service charge
It will be a mix of straight and split shifts over 5 days on a 48 hour contract ; closed Sunday and Monday and they generally get a morning or evening off as well every week.They normally do around 48 hours excluding breaks in December they open for Sunday Lunch so have time off in lieu in January.
The restaurant closes for staff holidays one week spring -2 weeks at the end of August and 2 weeks Christmas and New Year.
Regarding accommodation
They have 4 rooms locally but only have one available now- they can take a couple as room is quite big. Single or one double room (not shared but double suitable for a couple) It is a 15 min walk from the restaurant.
Also they can accommodate for short term in a local hotel if needed. They can offer a week in a nearby B&B (candidates would need to pay ￡20 per night contribution and then if the candidate is good and a room in the house not available they will help source accommodation. ￡450-￡550/month depending on the size of the room plus one month deposit.
