The #1 Reason Your Mojo is Missing (and how to find it)…

Unfulfilled.
A bit “meh”.
Disconnected.
Bored as a mother trucker.
If I had a pound for the number of times I hear these words, yours truly could retire.
It’s a rush… your twenties. Quite literally.
You feel pretty clear about what you’re rushing towards (for the most part). It’s what you’re taught to achieve and what everyone to your left and right is achieving.
The education.
The career.
The financial status.
The relationship.
The home.
Now, let’s not dismiss the importance of stability, happiness and a humble dwelling. But is your cup full when suddenly these boxes are ticked?
Au contraire.
Sometimes they can feel anticlimactic or even empty.
You aren’t alone.
There is nothing wrong with you for feeling this way.
Just a handful of years ago, I was exactly the same.
After considerable research, meditation, tears, tantrums (mine, sadly), honesty and coaching, I’ve discovered the most prevalent reason your mojo caught an Uber and left you behind.
???? You’re unaligned ????
This sounds like it might require an uncomfortable medical procedure. But it simply means you aren’t living freely and authentically.
Life, expectations, your upbringing, your beliefs – you’re conditioned to live one way when your true self is crying out for another.
It’s exhausting. It’s boring. And you don’t need to keep doing it, but it’s hard to break free without doing the work ??
You’re up against a lifetime of limitation (but not on my watch)…
?
The Good, The Bad and The Ugly
The Bad: Whenever someone asks how you are or what you’d like, you don’t answer honestly and confidently. You’ve become a “Yes” person. It’s easier. You don’t want to offend. You (deep down) want to be liked and fit in. Your answer is based on what they want, rather than you’re truth.
The Ugly: Yes, your truth might offend some. Others may not understand. But instead of being left with a wide, unfulfilling crowd, you’ll connect with a small intimate circle who can live in your truth and love you for it.
The Good: It’s time to get real and answer these two questions every day in your journal (that’s just a pad for folks not into journaling):
Q. It’s December 2025, you’ve just had the best year of your life; what happened?
Q. Who did you need to become to make it all happen?
Make no mistake, those questions are hard to answer. But the more you honestly ponder them daily, the clearer they become.
And once you know exactly what you want and who you need to be, it’s simply a case of plotting the route.
No detours.
No uncertainty.
You’re on a mission and I’m with you every step of the way.
Imagine being exactly WTF you are!
No pandering. No pleasing. No dishonesty.
Just you and you’re enough.
The sky’s the limit.
The smiles are wide.
There’s just a tiny bit (read ‘a lot’) of work to do and you’re away!
The choice is yours…
Change your thoughts, change your life.
