The #1 Reason for Client Miscommunication is?a?LACK OF CLEAR EXPECTATIONS.
Over the years, I have relied on these simple strategies to minimize miscommunications and strengthen client relationships.?
I hope they can help you too!
1.?????At the start of a project, collaboratively define the success criteria to be achieved at project completion. Be as specific as possible so that each item is trackable.
2.?????Document what is agreed to and provide a copy to both parties. Be sure to include the date, attendees, and location.
3.?????Establish an ongoing client meeting schedule to discuss progress, issues, solutions, responsibilities, and due dates. Reviewing performance periodically will minimize surprises and missed expectations.
Make this a "Best Practice" and enjoy the rewards.
I would love to hear from you.....
Which of the 3 tips helped you most??
