It's something a little different today as we aren't talking specifically about health or training, but instead something more generic.
However, you will find it just as helpful if you implement.
As entrepreneurs and business leaders
But there is something so impactful about simplicity.
I used to believe the answer had to be complicated.
Business success
Training success
But the truth is, it isn't.
The basics work.
Our success will be determined by the quality of our questions
But there is one question I like to ask myself daily.
I believe this question has to power to change your perspective on what you need to do.
Whether you are asking if from a business standpoint or in terms of optimising your health & performance - it will challenge your perspective.
'What is the smallest thing I can do today that moves me forward'
Read that again.
Sounds simple right?
But that is the beauty.

I spoke with a client last night (which is why I remembered) and I asked him this question.
Entrepreneurs and business leaders are busy. You're busy.
Looking for the big things can sometimes be too much.
You might decide you need to do something but you just don't have the time in the day.
Let's say a 60 minute workout on a day that has run away from you.
What happens in this situation?
You skip the session altogether.
Looking at the smallest thing you can do is a great reframe.
Using the scenario above, you might decide the action is a 20 minute workout or 30 minute walk.
When we make the action small and achievable, we increase the likeliness of taking action
Constantly taking action is consistency.
So the next time you are faced with a obstacle of time or even just in the morning, ask yourself...
what is the smallest thing you can do today that moves me/ the business forward.
On Friday I will be launching something really special to me and will be a game changer for entrepreneurs and business leaders.
Keep an eye out for that.
