Is you think it's a sale channel, it's not, it's a relationship channel

Social media is a digital version of how things work in real life
Social media is a fantastic platform for you to be able to listen to other people
Let them speak and then something special happens
If you let somebody speak you’ve earned the right for you then to speak?
And you hope that if you’ve listened properly they listen when you speak
Social media is a great way to use your presence and behaviour?
To make connections and have meaningful conversations at scale
