THE MISCONCEPTION?

The biggest misconception that REALTORS? have about DOSS, is that they "have to" give a rebate or reduce(discount) the price for listings. This is not the case at DOSS. DOSS offers a Flex Business Model that empowers our Agents with the option to make more money by saving people money and an the opportunity to take advantage of our 100% Flat Fee Brokerage without being obligated to follow our buyer and seller packages. Either way, Agents have the freedom to choose how they want to conduct business at DOSS.?

FLEX BUISNESS MODEL

At DOSS, as an Agent Centric and Consumer Centric brand, we don’t believe in a one-size fits all approach. Agents aren’t created equal, and neither are consumers. DOSS, built based on and backed by statistical data, we understand that everybody want options that meet them at their individual point of need. Who are we, to tell an Agent or Consumer what service and support they need. Our objective at DOSS is to facilitate the success of both sides. Give Agents the best support, tech, and training they need to be successful. Give Consumers a modern day brokerage who gives them service options that empowers them to decide if they want to Do-It-Yourself(DIY) or hire an Agent for Full Service. Either way, the Agent is in total control of the price they want to charge.?

FLEX COMMISSION PLANS

DOSS has six(6) different commission plans. All Agents are not created equally and are at different stages of their career. Our Comp Plans are as follows:?

SOCIAL AGENT

This COMP PLAN is for Real Estate Agents, not REALTORS?. This Agent doesn't have to pay all the high cost that comes with being a REALTOR?: No Association Fees, No MLS Dues, No Monthly Broker Fees, etc... This Agent is "ONLY" a Referral Agent. They don't work directly with the client. A Social Agent refers their client(s) to a REALTOR?, the REALTOR? does all the work, and the REALTOR? pays the Social Agent a 30% referral fee once the deal closes. DOSS only takes a $395 Flat Fee out of the commission. This Agent Package is great for New Agents that want to do an Apprenticeship before becoming a REALTOR?, Retiring Agents, Loan Officers with a real estate license, etc...

ROOKIE techAGENT?

This COMP PLAN is for New Agents and/or Agents that’s been licensed for a few years, but needs to recommit to being trained because they didn’t start off on the right note. The commission is a 50/50 split for the first five(5) deals. After the 5th deal, the ROOKIE techAGENT is promoted to techAGENT(100% commission). The monthly fee is $45. There’s a $360 annual Tech Fee that’s due annually.?Agents get every tech tool they need to succeed with the Tech Fee. DOSS provides signage, lockboxes, Showing Time, Transaction Management Software, Your Listings/Your Leads Call Management, Support, and Training.?

techAGENT

This COMP PLAN is for Agents that are closing between 3 to 15 deals a year. This 100% compensation plan only requires a $395 transaction fee. The monthly fee is $45. The CAP is $7,900. And, if you want to accelerate your CAP, you can get a 10% discount($7,110) if you pay it off by January 31st of each year. DOSS provides signage, lockboxes, Showing Time, Transaction Management Software, Your Listings/Your Leads Call Management, Support, and Training. There’s a $360 annual Tech Fee that’s due annually.?Agents get every tech tool they need to succeed with the Tech Fee.

TOP PRODUCER

This COMP PLAN is for Agents that are closing 15 or more sales transactions per year. This true 100% compensation plan only requires a monthly subscription of $395 a month. The Agent keeps 100% of everything else. Other than the monthly fee, the Agent doesn’t pay anything out of their check(commission). This package doesn’t come with a $45 monthly fee. The only thing a TOP PRODUCER pays is, their $395 monthly subscription. There’s a $360 annual Tech Fee that’s due annually. DOSS provides signage, lockboxes, Showing Time, Transaction Management Software, Your Listings/Your Leads Call Management, Support, and Training.?Top Producers can order our trademark signs with their own number on the signage.

TEAM

This COMP PLAN is for individuals that want to have a team to maximize their production. There is no limit to the number of members on a team at DOSS. There are no half-capping fees, etc… A team simply pays $495 per transaction for sales, $75 for rentals, and a 90/10 split for commercial deals. Each licensed member of the team is required to pay $45 a month. However, day one, a team can earn 100% of their commission minus a flat fee. Each licensed member is required to pay a $360 annual Tech Fee that is due annually.?DOSS provides signage, lockboxes, Showing Time, Transaction Management Software, Your Listings/Your Leads Call Management, Support, and Training.?Teams can order our trademark signs with their own number on the signage.

FRANCHISE

This opportunity is for the entrepreneur that wants to open a DOSS branded office, build their business in a protected territory, and receive exclusive leads from our Google-backed proprietary real estate search portal. The franchise fee per transaction is either $95 or a 30% referral fee when a lead is given and paid at closing. It’s either or, not both! Example is, when an Agent closes a deal, there is a $395 Flat Fee. $300 goes to the Franchisee and $95 is paid to DOSS Corporate. If/When a lead is provided to the Franchisee, 30% is taken off top, and the rest is split accordingly between the Agent and their office. Each Agent is still required to pay $45 a month to DOSS Corporate. Each Agent is required to pay the $360 annual Tech Fee that's due annually.?Franchises can order our trademark signs with their own number on the signage.
