Design A Life That Really Matters

Life is hard in 100 ways.

And the challenge is that, on top of this, we often make life even more complicated than it needs to be.?

The ultimate impact is that we burn out and still don’t get the results that we want.?It’s twice as much work to get half the results.

But it doesn’t have to be this way. We can make a different choice.

We can learn a new mindset.

The first step is asking this question: How can I make this easy??

When I get really wrapped up in what I believe to be a complex problem or task, I try to ask this question. And sometimes I haven’t got the answers. But surprisingly, regularly, I will ask that question, and ideas will start flooding my mind of how it might be done more effortlessly. And then, with it comes a new toolset of specific things I can do differently so that I can make it a little easier today and a little easier tomorrow to do what is essential.

What is something essential that you are making harder than it needs to be? How can you make it easier?

Ask this question every day on the things that really matter. You’ll be amazed at the new insights and ideas you gain that weren’t otherwise obvious.

I agree with you, Greg. Simplifying our approach can transform our lives, enhancing productivity and easing the burden of daily challenges. By reframing our perspective, we can streamline our efforts and maximize results, ultimately discovering that less truly is more when we cut through complexity and focus on what matters most.

Just doing one thing is sometimes the best way to make something easier. Just get started. I remember a teacher telling me that about writing an essay once, and it worked.

Making things Easy(Easier) is damn hard-takes a lot of smarter Self Reflective work-was in Sales many years-Self Reflection, being Self Aware and Looking the Mirror periodically-Change is the hardest thing humans can do-most are Unsuccessful at it-most of Business(and Life) are awfully complicated, awfully complex and very confusing(at times)-I am a Process person-trying to break things down into more manageable bits(both Business and Personally)-"one thing at a time" methodology seem to work-what do I want to change? how can I go about that change in more simple terms? what is the pathway to my goal...and How "bad" do I want that Goal? Forward

I think its important to remember you and only do what you can with what you have right now. The harder part is the people in your ears saying do better be better do this do that and quickly it can become overwhelming when the hand u have been dealt is just full of bad cards. So at the very least just embrace it with a positive forward moveing mind set and be happy even if you only completed one task but always stay moveing forward with your end in mind goal. Mine is currently foggy.. is could use some advice truthfully?
