1 Minute With Alan Molloy

In the latest edition of our 1-minute interview series, Alan Molloy, Business Development Manager in our Dublin Head Office, talked about his role at SOS Group, and the motivation he gets from his team.

How would you define your role at SOS Group?

I worked at SOS Group for over 4 years as a Business Development Manager. My diverse role entails travelling the country, meeting existing & new clients and seeking new business opportunities.

What is your most memorable day at SOS Group?

Among many wonderful days at SOS Group, my most memorable ones are when our team celebrated new contracts or when I got to witness the hard work of our team being recognised and rewarded by clients.

What is the best piece of advice you’ve ever been given?

The best advice I ever received was to always remain positive, curious and open-minded. Every encounter holds the potential for growth.

What keeps you motivated?

As part of our company’s ethos, we at SOS Group strive to exceed client expectations. This strong, genuine dedication is evident in the atmosphere of our office and helps us all be motivated every day.
