This question pops up… a lot:

“How do I make more sales from emails?”

I often answered it with another question, “How often do you send email to your list?”

And almost every time, I get this puzzled look on the client's face — as if wondering what’s the connection between the two.

Then they’ll answer along the lines of...

“Uhm. Not often as I would like.”

“Once a month I think?”

“Every two weeks — and it’s usually just an update on the latest blog post or podcast episode.”

With this ‘sissy' email strategy, no wonder they’re not getting a lot of sales from emails.

You see, sales is directly correlated to the frequency of the emails that you're sending — this is true for most businesses that use emails.

In fact, let me tell you a story...

There’s a client whom I worked with in 2018.

It’s an established e-commerce business in Australia but they’re not happy with the results they're getting from emails.

So they hired me to help them.

On our first meeting, I knew exactly what the problem is…

Despite their huge email list, the client was only sending two identical emails each month — 1 email in the 15th and another email in the 30th.
