The Company
This is a beautiful seaside hotel that is renowned for the superb quality of its food, which is made from locally sourced seasonal ingredients and the Restaurant has been awarded 2 Rosettes by the AA for its culinary excellence.
Salary is ￡18.420/year gross.
All the staff gets a regular share of the gratuities on their salary. There is a varied amount from month one and then an additional guaranteed amount of ￡100.00 after month three.
5 days/week, 2 off. Accommodation provided in walking distance from the hotel and the rent is between ￡250-350 per month depending on the size of the room. All meals are provided whilst on duty. A guarantee deposit maybe required.
Duty meals are at 11:30am for lunch and 5:30pm for dinner.
Experience required within fine dining and good english.
Telephone or skype interview can be made first. **A trial maybe required after a successful one. In this case, employer will accommodate the candidate during and it will be a paid trial for 3-5 days. If the candidate is successful, he/she can start immediately.
