The 1 Decision That Changed Everything

Six years ago, I made one decision that changed my life forever.
I quit my job—ME! The person who’s an enneagram 6w7 and values comfort and security!
I traded a paycheck, health insurance and paid vacations for graduate school tuition, books and all-nighters writing research papers.
Quitting my job was not a decision I made lightly. In fact, it took me a year to get the courage to make this radical change in my career, after much thought, financial planning and consulting with my mentors (and lots of prayer).
The result? I've done some of the most rewarding work of my career. I mean,?I get to help women advance their careers and grow their bank accounts.
I also get to help companies create better workplaces, which was my key motivator for pursuing my master's degree.
Am I where I ever thought I'd be? Nope... never imagined this career path for a second. I didn't even know it was possible, but the right people came along my journey as my dreams became more clear to me.
I’m a big believer that everything happens for a reason... and it’s why I’m able to share this important lesson with you today...
It’s never too late to change your life.
?? If you feel like there’s something more for you out there, but you’re not sure what that is yet, give yourself permission to explore it!
?? And if you hate your job and want a different boss, role or company to work for, then start making your exit plan so that you can move into a new role that lights you up and pays you what you’re worth.
?? Maybe you love your job, and it’s time to ask for that promotion you deserve! Don’t settle for being underpaid, my friend! You’ll be waiting forever for that raise if you don’t ask.
?? Or perhaps you’ve had an idea for a business or side hustle and fear is stopping you. Tell fear to beat it and start making this idea of yours a reality.
Does any of this resonate with you?
If you’ve been saying, “YES! That’s me!” then let me leave you with this...

You can’t reach your full potential on your own. Other people are part of your process.
And I am here to guide you!
My experience led me to develop?a 5-step plan to navigate career change —one that does not require you to turn your whole life upside down or put yourself into financial distress.
But it does require you to take action. If you’re ready to start making changes—even small changes—I can help you get your career going in the right direction (even if you’re unsure of what you want).
When I've worked with clients who felt stuck in their careers or really unsure of the next step they should take, I've been able to help them figure out what's right for them.
? Stephanie increased her salary by $30,000 in one year by asking for more and accepting a better job offer.
? Laurie decided it was time to leave her job so we found a new role for her and negotiated a starting salary that paid her $20,000 more than her previous role.
? Kirsten thought she wanted to quit her job, but discovered she really wanted to stay if she had a more challenging role. So, she pitched a new role for herself at work and got a big raise to go with it.
? Lauren bounced back from getting fired to getting hired and making more money than ever before in a different industry.
? Jessica was very confused about what to do next, but she finally figured out the right side hustle to pursue while she worked on growing her 9-5 career.
? Jocelyn took the leap into full-time entrepreneurship and consulting.
So, are you ready to be the next name on my success list?
