It was the first time and so much was unknown. I didn't know how the timing will work. I practiced and timed myself speaking.
We didn't get to discuss many case studies in detail. This time I want to make sure we spend more time on that.
"It must look like the guys have gone on lunch and coming back soon" This was the brief for a project. How did that turn out?
What do you do if there is no water on site? What happens if the client has the smallest planters imaginable? What do you do to make an ugly bathroom more presentable, if it needs to be removeable when the restaurant moves premesis?
How do you decide on the pots and plants for an international take away chain?
All of this (and much more), on a budget. The client has a look and feel expectation.
We have to remember to use product that we can get through doors. I don't even want to count how many times that was a major problem. And what we had to do to get it in.
25 years of hard lessons learnt.

1 年This is where the versatility of fibreglass pots/planters come into its own. Easy to carry by hand, durable in all weather, (think of a boat or vehicle canopy), do not deform in any weather, can be bolted down in windy areas with tall trees planted in them, do not conduct heat, leech chemicals or moisture, etc. Can easily be customised and can be finished in any colour (think corporate colours)
