2. Drying process and drying stage of green bricks with cone fan or cone blower
The drying process is not only the mass transfer process of moisture from the inner body to the outer surface and the drying medium, but also the heat transfer process from the heat in the drying medium to the surface and the inner body.
Air convection transfers heat to the surface of the green bricks. The heat obtained from the surface of the green bricks?is transmitted to the inner part of the green bricks?by conduction. 4. Structure and composition of cone fan or cone blower
The Cone fan/cone blower?is composed of three parts: the supply fan, the wind drum and the rotating mechanism of the wind drum.
On the top of the dryer there is a motor drives the fan to rotate at high speed, and sucks in the drying medium to supply air to the air cylinder; the air cylinder is an octagonal conical cylinder, concentric with the fan at the lower part of the fan; the 2 symmetrical sides of the conical cylinder are provided with a jet gap as high as the drying cart, and a multi-leaf guide plate is installed on the gap to adjust the outlet angle; and the top of the cyclone is provided with a guide plate. The rotating axle sleeve of the partial fan has a hollow rotating axle, which is concentrically connected with the air duct, and is driven by another power system to rotate slowly and reversibly. The driving device of the wind drum can be equipped with one set for each cyclone, or several cyclones can share one set.
Whatever the drying stage, the slow sweep of the conical Cone fan/cone blower?is of great help to the balance of moisture diffusion inside and outside the green bricks. When the billet is swept by the Cone fan/cone blower, the main process is external diffusion. The surface moisture of the billet is brought into the dry medium. After the sweep, the external diffusion is not going on, but there is enough time to make the moisture inside the billet migrate to the surface to supplement, that is to say, the internal diffusion is the main process. When the windpipe sweeps again, the water diffuses outside and then inside. In this way, the internal and external diffusion is well balanced, and the surface of the green bricks?and the inner part of the green bricks?maintain the same drying speed.
