Be 1% Better Every Day

You’re here because you have something inside of you that is telling you you’ve got potential for more.

Self-development shouldn’t be something you just do, it should become a lifestyle. It’s something that you’re going to want to journey on for the rest of your life.

There’s always another unfolding of who you are.


When most people think about where they want to be and who they currently are, they see this massive gap and get down on themselves because it seems so far.


All you have to do is be 1% better than yesterday.

Your current circumstances are the results of your habits, your traits, behaviors, and thoughts of your past.

People try to make changes right now and expect results immediately. We’re so used to getting instant gratification and so we think when we workout for two weeks and haven't seen the results we want, we go back to the same story we’ve told ourselves for years; “That’s just who I am”.


What you do now will dictate where you are in six months. Where you are now is dictated by what you did six months ago. It takes six months for the results to begin to catch up.

Your habits come from the story that you tell yourself all day long every day. There’s who you’ve been programmed as, and then there's who you want to be.

What is your internal story?

Who are you and who do you want to become?

Do your current actions line up with the person you want to be?


You have the choice to play into your old story or decide to conquer that habit. It's never a big habit that changes your life, it’s a bunch of teeny tiny choices you make each day.

You’re only a couple of small habits away from a completely different person a year from today. It’s not about being a completely different person tomorrow, it’s about being 1% better tomorrow than you were today.
