1-2-3 Inner Game

Hello Hello!

I'm within 5 weeks of my second Ironman race.

For the first race, I was optimizing for performance,?to do it as fast as I could, and considering?the weather was unforgiving (torrential wind and rain) on race day, I accomplished performance in spades. I was very proud of that race.?

However, it came at a cost, training for the first race involved many sacrifices from family, work, hobbies, etc.

This time, I'm optimizing for balance, I wanted to prove to myself that I can train for a demanding endurance event and still balance all other facets of my life, oh, did I mention I'm learning the guitar? :-)
