Personal Development: No matter your political affiliation I think that by now we all recognize that algorithms feed us filtered, partisan news. I came across Ground.News a few days ago, a platform that makes it easy to compare news sources, read between the lines of media bias, expose blind spots (missing news) and break free from algorithms. We should all be searching for the truth from the news but they don't offer it in full. This site may help with that.
Business Mastery: Deep in the People Component section of the book Traction author Gino Wickman measures or rates a person on whether they exemplify the company's values and their GWC. GWC is short for whether a person "gets" their role in the company, whether they actually "want" the role and if they have the "capacity" (Emotional Intelligence, training, tools, etc) to perform well in the role. The section doesn't have it's own subheading but it should. It's a brilliant way to conduct interviews and annual/periodic reviews with employees.
Spiritual Maturity: I just got back from a trip to the beautiful Andalusia region of Spain. I was told by various tour guides about an amazing unprecedented time in Spain's history (roughly between 711 and 1492) when Muslims, Christians and Jews worked and lived together in peace, harmony, tolerance.... under Muslim rule.
