Operation IMPACT: Operation IMPACT (Injured Military Pursuing Assisted Career Transition) (OI) is focused on hiring injured service members as they transition out of the military to a private-sector career.

Northrop Grumman Military Internship Program (DoD SkillBridge): This program is an opportunity to gain valuable civilian work experience through an individual internship with the potential for follow-on, full-time employment post separation/retirement.
