DSI has several enterprise prospects, from the Upper Midwest, requesting information regarding the deployment of Quick Reaction Teams. And, with the evolving and fluid nature of current events, we are preparing for QRTs being necessary to secure life and property for our clients.

We do not expect this current crisis to be a stand-alone event. We anticipate that similar crises will be forthcoming. This is somewhat speculative and, as a result, we are not guaranteeing a 40/hr/wk gig. We are building a bench of contractors that we can vet and spin-up when the market demands it. 

Mission parameters will be SITREP specific and based on advance work assessments DSI will conduct for individual clients. We are currently asking for applicants to round out 4, 6 man teams. More teams, over time, as the market matures. Leadership of the initial 4 teams will, for the time being, be drawn from DSI-internal resources. And, if you are accepted, you will be asked to “spin-up” with the rest of your team for final vetting and establishment of Team SOPs. We do not anticipate a need for remedial training as we are contracting professionals. 

We are tentatively preparing to field teams mid-April time frame and beyond. As mentioned, compensation is generous for these ops. A more thorough discussion of the compensation schedule will follow, but for now, base pay:

• Team Leaders = $750/day
• Senior Operators = $625/day
• Operators = $500/day
• Expenses paid

Planning framework is for 5-day deployments to be the baseline. There is potential for extensions based on client need/desire. The vetting process is as follows:

• Initial scrub of CVs by DSI exec team - week of 23MAR20
• Based on scrub, further supporting credentials may be requested
• Interviews to be scheduled via GoToMeeting
• Exec team decisions and applicant notifications
• QRT placement
• Spin-Up
