The 0.2t thin glass-ceramics substrate

Some glass-ceramics have the superior thermal resistant properties.

And it is possible to hard the substrate by the chemical strengthening.

So I thought it was powerful for the thermal dissipation substrate.

By national project, the thermal dissipation substrate by glass-ceramics substrate had the similar thermal conductivity with that of AlN. For the this test I made the thin glass-ceramics substrate(slicing and polishing of thick NEXTREMA)
