The iShares Short Treasury Bond ETF tracks a market-weighted index of debt securities issued by the U.S. Treasury. Remaining maturity must be 1-12 months. In 2020 the fund began tracking the ICE Short US Treasury Securities Index, shifting from the ICE U.S. Treasury Short Bond Index.
