02: Be a Bot

At Amazon, executives who implemented Jeff’s pet projects were lovably called the Jeff Bots. These were individuals who had imbibed ‘Jeff’s Ways’ and could go all out to execute his vision.

Being a bot wasn’t easy. But the bot’s often achieved the unthinkable. Kindle, Echo & Prime are just a few examples.

Every organization has a Jeff, Jeffisms and Bots. As an employee, taking the time to find that Jeff and becoming a bot can unlock potential akin to Daniel’s transformation while training with Mr. Miyagi.

Or - even better - become the Jeff who can rally together the bot army and create the next Amazon.

Memos centred around the themes of Management Consulting, Thought Leadership, first-principles and frameworks.
