#002: 5 Reasons to Invest in Residential Property

Today I’m going to share with you why investing in property is a brilliant thing to do.

When you understand these reasons you’ll be able to compare property investment with other ways you could invest your money, understand the power of property and why it is unique compared to other ways to invest.

Unfortunately, I see people with a lot of money not investing in property since they’re worried or fearful.

However:

When you invest well in property, you earn money whilst you sleep!

But people don’t invest because:

• They don’t know how
• They’re worried of making a mistake
• The don’t want to deal with tenants
• They don’t have the time

However, property is STILL an amazing way to earn more money and invest for the future.

Here are FIVE reasons why property is still worth it:

#1: Create an additional source of income (monthly profit)

#2: Get the bank to give you most of the money (buy with a mortgage)

#3: Take advantage of increasing property prices over time (and beat inflation!)

#4: Force an increase value (refurbishments, fixing ‘paperwork issues etc)

#5: Others pay your financing costs (tenants)

BUT BE WARNED!

It’s not all sunshine and rainbows. Here are FIVE reasons NOT to invest in property:

#1: You want guaranteed returns

#2: You’re interested in ‘get rich quick’

#3: You’re looking for a risk free investment

#4: You don’t want to deal with others

#5: You’re looking for something short term

If they don’t put you off, property investment is a financially rewarding, excellent way to earn some additional income, provide amazing accommodation for others and growth your wealth.
