Marianne was selling online courses/memberships. And in 3 steps, Impact School (my company) helped her go from burned out to a 7-figure run rate without a launch, paid ads, or building a single funnel.
Marianne was, what I call, on an unpredictable rollercoaster.
Some months, her revenue would go up.
Other months (when she didn’t do a big launch), it would even drop to exactly 0.
(Ya know those big scary vertical drop rides at theme parks which make your stomach turn inside out…? That anticipation was how she was feeling each and every month)
Marianne has a one year old baby so she knew she needed to make this work.

Build a value ladder with a low end offer leading into a slightly higher priced one, and then another slightly higher priced one – and so on and so forth.
All the planning she constantly had to do for these big promotions meant she didn’t get to spend barely any time with her husband or baby. Which meant she was beginning to resent her business and question…
“HOW am I going to break the 10k/month mark?”
Unlike most people who discover Impact School from social media, Marianne went to google and searched “coaching company to scale online platform.”
…And that’s where she found Impact School. ??
You see, while a lot of people know me from social media and may think I do a little bit of coaching here and there…
I, myself, took the Frameworks that empowered my online fitness coaching business to go from zero to seven figures (way back when) and turned them into predictable systems so I could help a few friends do the same (they’re now all millionaires).

1?? We gave her the tools to compile all her different courses and memberships into one clear Framework
Marianne had the burning desire to keep giving more, more, more to her people. So she was on the constant hamster wheel of creating new paid content to ensure her audience would keep paying her.
Her price points were so low, so this made sense.
“Pick ONE outcome, Marianne” - is what we advised her…
“Then reverse engineer how you can use your current Frameworks to guide your people towards that outcome…
We will help you ensure the experience you are creating will truly get people to that outcome using client-accountability methods.”
At first, Marianne was pretty resistant. She was so used to constantly having new offers.
Elimination seemed scary because what she had was what was familiar.
Fortunately, we are used to working with clients who have been burned so many times by other methods so know exactly what to do.

Here’s what we told Marianne:
2?? “Without creating ANYTHING, test this offer in the marketplace and see if you can get any deals”
Truth be told, we knew Marianne would get at least 5 high paying clients in her first week.
At Impact School, the clients we know we can get results like these for are people who have some kind of community… Whether it’s a Facebook group with a couple hundred people in it or an Instagram audience of a few thousand (or even a YouTube channel/podcast with an active audience) – we know people like this are the clients we can help scale very fast.
But, we didn’t want to just TELL that to Marianne. We wanted to prove it to her.
3?? “But, before you test this offer, you NEED to pick a high ticket price point.”
Now, this was REALLY scary to Marianne. She had never sold anything for more than 400-500 USD.
Plus, her audience are primarily Finnish so they aren’t used to high ticket offers.?
So, we gave her the tools she needed such as copy and pasteable social media copy to actually see if she could make any sales. (let me know if you’d like to see an example)
And the best part about it is that Marianne didn’t ever do a single sales post or build a single funnel.
Instead, she used our templates to drive her audience into her DMs, then close them from there. With each client taking less than 30 mins to onboard.
The first time I spoke to Marianne, she told me her goal was 5 clients.
But, in the live training we did together in my FB group whereby she broke down her nitty gritty steps … she shared that she was able to enroll more than 30 new people!
(She hasn’t even launched this offer publicly yet!)
This 0-risk method was how Marianne discovered her product market fit.
Now, Marianne is now going on vacation.
Yup… for the first time in a long time, Marianne is taking a break with her family prior to starting working with her clients.
(In between now and then she “just can’t stop closing more clients” - her words)
Master Coach from Impact School, Coach Lara, gave Marianne a few tools to give to her 30+ clients before they get started with her officially to keep them happy. And they’re already giving her feedback that they are loving working with her!
A lot of people stay stuck where they’re at because they make the barrier to getting started too high.
Instead, figuring out what outcome you can take people to and making a promise such as “I will work with you UNTIL you get to XYZ outcome” is a surefire way to make sales and build a KILLER Framework.
If you don’t get results, frankly you do not deserve their money!
