???Develop semiconductor test plans for New production Introduction. Detail the project tasks, schedule, and budget expectations.?
???Confirm that the appropriate process guidelines, specifications, and strategies have been properly implemented into test programs and plans.
???Utilize Automated Test Equipment to validate new product designs.?Communicate performance findings to technical peers and the development team.
???Develop test programs, analyze data results, and generate supporting documentation.
???Work with entire project team to define testability requirements to ensure controllability and observability needs are met to support characterization and manufacturing test.
???Work closely with the manufacturing sites to ensure production hardware solutions and programs are released within the expected delivery dates.
???Take the leadership in setting priorities and road map for test solutions to be used in the business unit

? 5+ yrs test development experience of power management product.
? Required good knowledge and technical experience with ETS300, ETS364 & ETS88 test system.
? Familiar with PCB development software tools such as OrCad and PADS a plus.
? Good project management skill, ability to quickly drive issues to closure using available tools and resources
? Great interpersonal and effectively communicate technical details to internal peers and external customers
