岁聿云暮，一元复始。在这个辞旧迎新的时刻，我代表临工重机向全年辛勤工作的全体员工及家人，向新春假日依然坚守岗位奋斗在全球多个国家和地区的员工及家人，以及多年来和我们携手同行的客户及合作伙伴，向多年来鼎力支持、帮助临工重机的各界友人及朋友，表示最忠心的感谢和最诚挚的祝福。

As the year draws to a close and a new one begins, on behalf of LGMG, I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude and sincere wishes to all our employees and their families who have worked hard throughout the year, to our employees and their families who are still working in various countries and regions around the world during the Spring Festival holiday, and to our customers and partners who have been working with us for many years, as well as to the friends from all walks of life who have supported and helped LGMG over the years.

In 2023, we upheld the corporate responsibility “Reliability in Action” with firm steps. In this year, we went forward in spite of the challenging market and won the Governor's Quality Award, the top award in the Chinese manufacturing industry. We continued expanding our global presence by launching our Mexican manufacturing base. We held the Global Partner Ecosystem Conference to jointly create a new international industrial ecosystem. The Industrial Design Center obtained national certification. The first digital factory in Shandong Province with an annual production capacity of over 10,000 mining equipment units was put into operation. The digital transformation won the recognition of the Harvard Business Review Innovation Award. We pioneered the large-scale application of new energy unmanned mining machines. We signed the school-enterprise cooperation project of the National-level Jinan intelligent manufacturing and high-end equipment. With talents, internationalization, and technology-driven strategies, we have overcome all kinds of difficulties and obstacles along the way, achieved fruitful results, and also strengthened our confidence in future development.

进入第二个十年，临工重机已从创业成长阶段进入系统成长阶段，面临着国内外市场百年未有之大变局，为了更好的适应生存环境，提高经营竞争力，我们积极开展转型与组织变革，打造公司中长期持久竞争力。以“管理变革年”为经营主题，打赢硬仗，推动公司提质增效。

Entering the second decade, LGMG has entered the stage of systematic growth from the stage of entrepreneurial growth. We have opened a new era of large-scale application of new energy unmanned mining vehicle technology. With the development of AI and ChatGPT technology, the underlying technologies have matured, the application scenarios and business models are becoming increasingly clear, and our digital factory is focusing on improving the supply chain collaboration capabilities. We will become the leader in promoting the positive cycle of the new round of unmanned mining vehicle product iteration and expansion.?

2024年，海外市场仍是工程机械行业重要发展方向，面对国际形势的复杂多变，我们全球化弈棋，构建多元化出海优势。我们要以“电动化、数字化、智能化、国际化”快速响应，与全球市场同步，与客户需求同频，坚持销售服务一体化，培养“智改数转”现场工程师，提升维修服务能力和配件保障能力，为客户创造更高的价值回报。

In 2024, the overseas market is still an important development direction for the engineering machinery industry. Facing the complex and changing international situation, we will continue building our global landscape and developing diversified advantages of going global. We will respond quickly with "electrification, digitization, intelligentization, and internationalization," synchronize with the global market, and change with customer needs. We will adhere to the integration of sales and service, cultivate "intelligent transformation and digital transformation" on-site?engineers, and improve the maintenance service capabilities and parts guarantee capabilities, in a bid to create higher value returns for customers.
