1、“开锅”时，防止烫伤??Prevent burns when "boiling"
水箱“开锅”后，不要盲目打开水箱盖，以防烫伤。正确的做法是：先怠速空转一会儿再熄灭发电机，待发电机的温度降低、水箱压力下降以后再拧开水箱盖。

?拧开时用毛巾或擦车布盖在箱盖上，以防热水、蒸汽喷到脸上、身上。千万不要将头正对水箱向下看，拧开后迅速撤手，待无热气、蒸汽时，再取下水箱盖，严防烫伤。

2、定期换水、清洗管路??Change the water and clean the?pipes regularly
不提倡勤换冷却水，因为冷却水在经过一段时间的使用后，矿物质已经析出，除非水已经很脏，可能堵塞管路及散热器外，不要轻易更换。因为即使新更换的冷却水经过软化处理了，但还含有一定的矿物质。

这些矿物质又会沉积于水套等处而形成水垢，水更换得越勤，析出的矿物质越多，水垢就越厚，因此应根据实际情况定期更换冷却水。在更换时应对冷却管路进行清洗，清洗液可用烧碱、煤油和水配制。同时保养各放水开关，及时更换损坏的开关，不可用螺栓、木棍、破布等替代。

3、高温时，不宜立即放水???Don’t release the water when the temperature is high
发动机熄火前，如果发动机温度很高，不要立即停机放水。应先卸去负荷，使其怠速运转，待水温降至40-50℃时再放水。

防止与水接触的缸体、缸盖、水套外表面温度因突然放水而骤然下降，急剧收缩，而缸体内部的温度还很高，收缩小，极易因内外温差过大而使缸体、缸盖产生裂纹。
