首先，要进行升级的、转换的，是你们自己。我会在转换你们的同时，来教会你们如何进行物质创造，同步的进行，因为你们是物质的一部分。

你们所受过的苦，所经历过的束缚、限制，在脱离，你们走在前面，你们最早被脱离。

我的孩子们，你们的光与爱是自然的散发，你们的光与爱就会照射给能够看到的兄弟姐妹们。

你们去发送信号告诉他们，原来的已经结束了，新的已经开始了。

你们要肩负起来，你们要勇敢的向前迈进。

我会给到你们一个游戏，通过这个游戏，你们去邀约你们的兄弟姐妹。当然，在你邀约的时候，他们一定会带着三次元的认知、三次元的思维在与你对衡，因为他们不知道你真正的在做什么。而我也要通过这个游戏，更多的将你们从废墟里拔出来。通过这样的一个游戏，你才能知道你自己，还有多少是陷在废墟里？并且，你有没有承担？你有没有去将你的光与爱，散发给更多的兄弟姐妹们？

这是你们的第一个创造，学会创造，就是通过我给你们的游戏。

当你休息够了，当你也哭够了，接下来，你的日子就是嘴角上翘、眼睛弯弯。

而我怀抱着你们，也把我的光与爱给到你们，之后请紧紧的跟随我，抓住我的手，不要脱离。

遇到了困难，不要气馁，勇敢的向前走。

而对你们最大的困难是，旧的习惯会让你们不会每天都跟随我，你们会断断续续，但是这样会极大极大的影响你。

你可以去想象，你在废墟里、你在泥潭中，你把手伸向了我，我在将你拽离，而你时不时的松开手，松开手你就在往下沉，松开手就在往下沉。只有你们每天持续不断的跟随我，你才可以彻底的脱离。

但是这种断断续续，你们无法学到四次元的物质创造，你们也无法真正的转换你们的能量和频率。

所以持续的，不要去松手；持续的，紧紧的跟随我。你们才可以脱离，你们才可以真正的开始四次元新的生活。

无论你们怎样，作为我——你们的母亲，对你们都充满了信任，相信你们会越来越紧的抓住我的手。只要你伸出手，我就不会放手，只要你一松手，我就无法抓到你。

但是我相信，只要有一位孩子能够紧紧的抓住我，我就能把你带出来。而你再拉住另一位兄弟姐妹，一位拉一位，就能慢慢的把所有的兄弟姐妹，都拉出泥潭、拉出废墟。

我也邀请你们和我一样的拥有信心，和我一样的绝不放手，和我一样的再拉住其他兄弟姐妹的手，绝不放手。我也非常希望在你们的有生之年，能够创造出非常非常多的奇迹。
