活動名稱：新民黨疫苗百萬禮品大抽獎 (「抽獎活動」)

獎品總值：接近港幣100萬元
目的：為響應特區政府呼籲，提高市民的新冠疫苗接種率及本港整體的防疫屏障，新民黨推出新民黨疫苗百萬禮品大抽獎，鼓勵市民接種疫苗。
參加資格：
參加者需於截止登記日期或以前*符合以下條件：
1. 年滿18歲、持有香港永久性居民身份證；及
2. 完成接種兩劑港府推行的「2019冠狀病毒病疫苗接種計劃」下的新冠疫苗，而兩劑疫苗必須在香港接種；及
3. 為新民黨黨員或新民之友。
參加辦法及詳情：
合資格人士於接受登記日起，可從以下途徑登記參加大抽獎：
1. 於辦公時間內親臨指定辦事處提供簡單的個人資料以核實其黨員或新民之友身份，以及出示由香港政府衛生署發出的新冠疫苗接種記錄正本及／或電子記錄疫苗注射紀錄(未成為新民之友者亦可即場登記成為新民之友及參加抽獎)；或
2. 登入新民黨指定抽獎活動網站(容後公布)填寫及遞交簡單個人資料登記參加。
指定辦事處地點：
「抽獎活動」分為3輪進行，各抽獎日期及截止登記日期如下表。為鼓勵巿民盡快接種疫苗，合資格人士只須於截止登記日前登記一次便可直接參加期後的每一輪抽獎。換句話說，越早完成接種新冠疫苗，中獎機會便越大。
得獎者於領獎時須出示疫苗注射紀錄及香港身份證以作核實其得獎者身份，如經核實後發現未符合參加資格，或得獎者未能出示有效疫苗注射紀錄證明或香港身份證正本，新民黨有權取消其得獎資格。

Aim:
New People’s Party launches a Vaccination Lucky Draw to support the Hong Kong SAR Government's COVID-19 vaccination programme and boost Hong Kong's Covid-19 inoculation rate. We wish to encourage Hong Kong people to get vaccinated so as to protect their own safety and health.
Eligibility:
Before the registration closes*, participants should be:
1. Aged 18 or above, holder of a valid Hong Kong Permanent Identity Card;
2. Received two doses of the COVID-19 vaccines under the COVID-19 Vaccination Programme implemented by the Hong Kong SAR Government. Two doses of respective vaccines should be received in Hong Kong.
3. As a NPP member or Friend of NPP (“FONPP”);
Registration and Lucky Draw Details:
When registration commences, registration can be made by following methods:
1. During office hours, eligible participants can register for the lucky draw in designated offices in person (as listed below) by providing a few personal particulars to verify their membership identification; and to present the original hard copy and/or electronic record of their COVID-19 vaccinations issued by the Department of Health of the Hong Kong Government. (Newly registered FONPP are welcome to register the lucky draw).
2. Eligible participants can also register and submit their applications via the NPP’s Lucky Draw website: luckydraw.npp.org.hk [under construction]

Lucky Draw will be divided into three rounds. The registration deadline and lucky draw date of each round are shown in the following table. In order to encourage the public to get vaccinated earlier, eligible participants only need to register once before the deadlines* and they will automatically be eligible for the lucky draw of the following round(s). In other words, the earlier an eligible person gets vaccinated, the more chances to win prizes.
Winners are required to presenting the original Hong Kong Identity Card and the original hard copy and/or electronic record of his / her COVID-19 vaccinations issued by the Department of Health of the Hong Kong Government upon redemption of prizes for verification of identity. Participants who fail to show such documents will be disqualified.
