散热器在柴油发电机中的重要作用 Radiator Function

散热器作为柴油机冷却系中的重要部件,它的散热能力在很大程度上决定了冷却系统的工作温度。散热器芯部结构为管带式,芯管(即冷却水管)呈扁平形,以减少空气阻力,增加散热面积。散热带为波浪形,其上开有按规则排列的许多小窗口,增加了空气紊流,提高了散热效率。

As an important part of the diesel engine cooling system, the radiator's heat dissipation capacity largely determines the operating temperature of the cooling system. The core structure of the radiator is tube and fin., The tube ( the cooling water tube) is flat to reduce air resistance and increase the heat dissipation area. The fin is wave-shaped.There are many small opening arranged regularly on it, which increases the air turbulence and improves the heat dissipation efficiency.

在高速柴油机水冷系统的循环水中,往往含有少量的空气和蒸汽。

In the circulating water of the high-speed diesel engine water cooling system, there is often a small amount of air and steam.

这些空气和蒸汽来源的主要原因包括由于结构设计的限制,柴油机水套中和某些零件内部有“死区”存在,积滞了一部分空气在加注过程中,总有部分空气吸附在冷却液中加注进系统;

The main reasons for the?air and steam sources is the?structural design limitations .There are "dead zones" in the water jacket of the diesel engine and inside certain parts.That part of the air is trapped in the filling process, and part of the air is always adsorbed in the coolant and injection system;?

柴油机在高负荷工作时,冷却水在高温区产生沸腾而出现蒸汽泡,当蒸汽泡增多连成一片时就形成气囊;

When the diesel engine is working under high load, the cooling water will boil in the high temperature area and steam bubbles will appear. When the steam bubbles increase and become one piece, the air bag will be formed;

水管接头水泵本身密封不良时,空气渗入到冷却系统的内部形成空气泡柴油机燃烧时燃烧压力很高,气缸垫稍有密封不良,或缸盖螺栓稍有松动,高压燃气就很容易从气缸内窜入冷却系统中而形成气囊在冷却系统中,若冷却液面太低,在冷却系统的空间也会存在大量的空气。

When the water pipe joint pump itself is poorly sealed, air will infiltrate into the cooling system to form air bubbles. When the diesel engine burns, the?pressure is very high. If the cylinder gasket is slightly poorly sealed, or the cylinder head bolts are slightly loose, high-pressure gas will easily escape from the cylinder into the cooling system to form air bag. In the cooling system, if the cooling liquid level is too low, there will be?large air in?the cooling system.

这些气体如果不能排出就会在冷却液循环时产生气阻。

If these gases cannot be exhausted, air resistance will occur when the coolant circulates.

气阻对柴油机危害是相当大的:①水泵在工作时,气体和冷却液一起循环而减少了水的流量,引起柴油机内部温度升高,至会造成柴油机过热,导致柴油机水套内局部沸腾,致使局部的热应力猛增。

Air resistance is very harmful to diesel engines: ①When the water pump is working, gas and coolant circulate together reduce the flow of water, causing the internal temperature of the diesel engine to rise, Addtionally,?the diesel engine will?overheat, causing local boiling in the water jacket of the diesel engine. It will result in a sharp increase in local thermal stress.

②在冷却液中残留的空气会造成局部冷却不均匀,以及燃烧的废气溶解在冷却液中易形成酸,引起零件生锈和腐蚀,使零件的寿命缩短。

②The remaining air in the coolant will cause uneven?cooling, and the burning exhaust gas will dissolve in the coolant and easily form acid, which will cause rust and corrosion of the parts and shorten the life of the parts.

③渗入的气体会使缸套、水泵产生穴蚀而加速损坏。

③The infiltrated gas will cause cavitation of the cylinder liner. The water pump will accelerate the damage.
