Here are the 3 reasons why you might receive a push notification in your Health Kit, and the 3 solutions??

01. YOU'VE VISITED A HIGH-RISK AREA

14天内去过中高风险地区。Shísì tiān nèi qùguò zhōng gāo fēngxiǎn dìqū.

If you’ve been to medium or high-risk areas in the last 14 days.

WHAT YOU CAN DO…?

第一时间通知你的小区居委会, 他们会告诉你怎么办。Dìyī shíjiān tōngzhī nǐ de xiǎoqū jūwěihuì, tāmen huì gàosu nǐ zěnme bàn.

Immediately report to your neighborhood committee, they’ll tell you what to do.

02. YOU HAVEN'T TAKEN A PCR TEST

到北京已经72小时, 但还没有做核酸。Dào Běijīng yǐjīng qīshíèr xiǎoshí, dàn hái?méiyǒu zuò hésuān.

It’s been 72h since you arrived in Beijing, but you haven’t taken a PCR test yet.

WHAT YOU CAN DO…?

需要去居委会登记, 他们会告诉你在哪里做核酸。Xūyào qù jūwěihuì dēngjì, tāmen huì gàosu nǐ zài nǎlǐ zuò hésuān.

You need to visit the neighborhood committee to register. They’ll tell you where you can take a PCR test.

03. YOU'VE HAD A FLU

买过四类药品或者去医院看过感冒。Mǎi guò sì lèi yàopǐn huòzhě qù yīyuàn kànguò gǎnmào.

If you’ve bought 4 kinds of medicine, or you’ve been to the hospital to check on the flu.

WHAT YOU CAN DO…?

这种情况你需要在72小时内做一次核酸。Zhè zhǒng qíngkuàng nǐ xūyào zài qīshíèr xiǎoshí nèi zuò yī cì hésuān.

In this case, you need to take a PCR test within 72 hours.

京心相助 Jīngxīn Xiāngzhù

BEIJING HELP CENTER WECHAT MINI-PROGRAM

如果你已经做了核酸, 还是出现弹窗。Rúguǒ nǐ yǐjīng zuò le hésuān, háishi chūxiàn tánchuāng.

If you’ve already taken a PCR test, but the alert still popped up.

可以去居委会登记, 让他们帮你解决。Kěyǐ qù jūwěihuì dēngjì ràng tāmen bāng nǐ jiějué.

You can visit the neighborhood committee to register and let them help you solve this issue.

居委会可能会让你填“京心相助”小程序。Jūwěihuì kěnéng huì ràng nǐ tián "Jīngxīn Xiāngzhù" xiǎochéngxù.

The neighborhood committee will probably ask you to fill in your information in a Beijing city help center WeChat mini-program.
