据国铁发布,今年1至7月份,中欧班列累计开行11403列,发送货物122.6万标箱,同比分别增长12%、11%。其中7月份开行1776列,发送货物18.5万标箱,连续3个月单月开行超过1700列。

According to the National Railway, from January to July this year, the China-Europe freight trains have run a total of 11,403 trains, sending 1.226 million TEUs of goods, with year-on-year growth of 12% and 11% respectively. In July, 1776trains were operated, sending 185,000 TEUs of goods, and for three consecutive months, more than 1,700 trains were operated in a single month.

全程时刻表中欧班列开行规模不断扩大,自6月中旬实施第三批全程时刻表以来,每周稳定开行17列,包括西安、成都、重庆、义乌、武汉、广州至德国杜伊斯堡、波兰罗兹等线路,运输时效得到可靠保障。

The number?of full-time scheduled China-Europe freight trains?has been continuously expanded?as well. Since the implementation of the third batch of full-time scheduled train?in mid-June,17 trains have been operated every week, running on?routes from Xi'an, Chengdu, Chongqing, Yiwu, Wuhan, Guangzhou to Duisburg in Germany and Lodz in Poland, and the transit time?can be completely guaranteed.

? 8月7日,位于成都国际铁路港综合保税区内的成都青铁国际贸易有限公司接到客户订单,在迅速完成拣货、打包以及海关审核清关后,工作人员将商品送上无人机,不到两分钟便送到亚蓉欧国家(商品)馆OTO跨境体验中心店的消费者手里。此次飞行,是全国首个“中欧班列+低空物流”配送模式的成功实践。

On August 7th, Chengdu Qingtie International Trade Co., Ltd., located in the Bonded Zone?of?Chengdu International Railway Port, received an order from a customer. After a quick picking, packaging, and customs clearance, the staff sent the goods to the drone and delivered them to the consumers at the OTO Cross-border Center store in less than two minutes. This flight is the first successful practice of the "China-Europe freight train?+ drone delivery" model in China.?

? 8月,中欧班列各通道运行平稳,线路运输时间较上月明显缩短。运输时效的改善主要得益于以下一些因素:首先,中欧班列各始发站的运行计划规模性缩减和调整,口岸压力得以纾解,换装效率回升。其次,哈萨克斯坦铁路网的升级工程按计划已接近尾声,进一步提升了通道运输的流畅性。另外,欧洲在7月和8月实行夏令时,不少收货人安排休假计划,7月的货运量阶段性下降,铁路运输网络压力减轻,延误减少。

In August, the operation of China-Europe Express runs?stably, and the transit time?on?every?route was significantly shortened compared to the previous month. Owing to the following factors?the transportation efficiency has been largely improved: Firstly, the plans?for each terminals?has been reduced and adjusted, which has relieved the pressure on ports and increased the efficiency of reloading. Secondly, the upgrading project of Kazakhstan's rail network has come to?its end, further improving the smoothness of transportation through the channel. In addition, many consignees?in Europe?took their days off for?holidays?as summer comes, which ease?the pressure on?the volume as well as the handling of rail network.

据丝路拓客统计:欧线方向,成都、重庆、西安等主要站点发到马拉的时效回到16天左右,发到杜伊斯堡和汉堡的时效也大都保持在22-24天,金华、赣州等站去到杜伊斯堡和汉堡接近30天。俄线方向,西安、沈阳-莫斯科最快为14天,合肥、武汉、广州-莫斯科全程约为18-20天,成都-明斯克平均时效为20天左右,整体波动不大。

According to the statistics of Cargo Talk,?the T/T?on?the European-bound?routes?from major stations such as Chengdu, Chongqing, and Xi'an to Malaszewicze is about 16 days, and the time to Duisburg and Hamburg is mostly maintained at 22-24 days.?From Jinhua and Ganzhou to Duisburg and Hamburg is nearly 30 days. On Russian-bound route, the fastest time for Xi'an and Shenyang-Moscow is 14 days, while the whole journey from Hefei, Wuhan and Guangzhou to Moscow takes about 18-20 days. The average time for Chengdu-Minsk is about 20 days, with little fluctuation.?

8月,随着市场参与者增多,海运航线上集装箱投放量增加,去回程不平衡带来的影响进一步稀释,欧线集装箱租赁价格持续下探。沿海各港口至汉堡和杜伊斯堡的租金价格全线回落到2000美金以内,部分始发站如广州、厦门的跌幅都超过300美金。唯有去往米兰的即期租价维持在2500美金以上。成都、重庆和西安等地提箱的租赁价格波动不大,涨跌幅度在5%以内。俄罗斯方向,去往明斯克方向租价略有回调,仍然高于2500美金。内陆站点提箱发至莫斯科和圣彼得堡的租赁价格甚至有逆势上扬的趋势,环比上涨5%-8%。

In August, with?more participants and?growing capacity?on sea routes, the impact of the imbalance of container supply?was further diluted, and the container leasing price on the European route continued to decline. The rental prices from coastal ports to Hamburg and Duisburg have fallen back to less than $2,000, and from some terminals such as Guangzhou and Xiamen have experienced a drop of more than $300. The only?one that remained above?$2,500?are those to Milan. The rental prices for those from Chengdu, Chongqing, Xi'an and other places have not fluctuated much, normally?within 5%. In the direction of Russia, the rental price for Minsk has slightly adjusted, but it is still higher than 2500 US dollars. The rental prices for picking up and delivering containers from inland stations to Moscow and St. Peters-burg?have even shown a trend of rising against the trend, with a month-on-month increase of 5%-8%.

?欧线去程:8月上旬,欧线运力紧张的局势进一步蔓延,部分线路出现了一舱难求的现象,可用的舱位资源相对不足。大多数平台原计划的班列舱位已经一售而空,预先规划的运力无法满足市场的即时需求,个别在市场上流通的舱位溢价高达1000美金。西安,郑州,等地在月底临时计划的班列上尚有少数余舱,发车日期视集货情况而定。合肥等平台开始公布9月的舱位排期,订舱价格预计在8月基础上上调200-400美金,外地货源在原有基础上还要加多200美金。业内人士普遍预期铁路运费会随着9月传统旺季的到来持续上涨,未来一段时间内运输成本可能还会上升。

European-bound?route:?In early August, the shortage on?capacity on the European route further spread with relatively insufficient available spaces. The original planned slots for most platforms have been sold out, and the supply?cannot meet the market demand?any further. The premium for individual slots in market is as high as $1,000. There are still a few spaces on the temporary scheduled trains in Xi'an, Zhengzhou, and the departure date depends on the collection of goods. Hefei and other platforms have begun to release?the booking schedule for September, and the booking price is expected to increase by $200-400 on the basis of August. The price for non-local goods will be lifted?by an additional $200 on the original ones. It is widely expected that the rail freight will continue to rise with the arrival of the traditional peak season in September, and the cost may rise as well.

Russian-bound route:?Although the Sino-Russian trade still faces obstacles in the settlement, the demand for goods transportation between the two countries remains strong. The supply of spaces on the Russian route is obviously insufficient. Datian(Guangzhou), Wuhan, Zhengzhou, Shenyang and other stations had no spare spaces in August, while the premium for the departure of trains from Chengdu and Chongqing had climbed to $500-700, with only a small number circulating in the market at the end of the month. In order to meet the?demand, Xi'an plans to release more capacities?around the middle of the month . Although the cost of container has decreased, due to the increase in the premium cost of booking space, the spot freight rate to Moscow in East and South China remains high, at around $9,000.

? 本周,一艘停靠在浙江宁波舟山港北仑港区集装箱码头的集装箱船发生爆燃事故。据初步调查,此次发生爆炸的集装箱为韩国现代商船HMM的箱子,集装箱内装载了C型有机过氧化物液体,此类货物在遇高温或遇火时会迅速分解燃烧。订舱时,货主“以冷带干”的形式放舱,并称此类危险品没有冻箱装载要求,普通箱可以接载。事故发生后,各铁路站点也纷纷提醒各客户注意,集装箱内严禁装载任何铁路禁运品(危险品、锂电池、化工品、液压、气压杆等),严禁集装箱内配装易燃易爆易产生反应货物,所有重柜需如实提报物品清单,不得瞒报、匿报品名,严格遵守铁路发运要求。

This week, a container ship docked?at the container terminal in Beilun Port in Ningbo, Zhejiang Province, experienced?a explosion accident.?According to preliminary investigation, the container that exploded was a?container?of HMM, which was loaded with C-type organic peroxide liquid. Such goods will rapidly decompose and burn when exposed to high temperatures or fire. When booking , the owner of the goods claims that the?goods was not dangerous and do not need to be packed in?frozen container but?ordinary ones. After the accident, All rail?stations have reminded customers?to strictly comply with the requirements for railway shipping . It is strictly prohibited to load any rail contraband (dangerous goods, lithium batteries, chemicals, hydraulic and pneumatic rods, etc.) in containers, and it is strictly prohibited to load flammable, explosive and reactive goods in containers. All?goods should be?truthfully reported?and any?concealment?is not allowed.
