“Eyes are the windows to your soul”, they may be but so is your handwriting. To peep into this slit you need to understand the science of angles and the art of connecting those angles to personality.

Wondering? How can your handwriting revel your deepest traits? Well, take a blank paper and start writing. What, you don’t have a plain paper? I understand life can be demanding, so simply use a ruled paper. But be warned, ruled paper has tendency to camouflage your traits, a plain paper is like a blank slate that provides massive visibility into your traits. Well now, you don’t need to copy stuff from a reference material, simply think about something. Let me make it easy for you. Think about the best memory you have so far. Keep writing until you at least write up to 12 lines. But hey, more the merrier. Why? Accuracy mate. Now? Start already

Hope you have already written your matter. Listen closely, you might have thought about your good memory and thought about the word that you want to write or be written. But did you think about the letter that you want to write? I quite sure you didn’t. Well here comes the unconscious mind that comes in play where you don’t think about the letters. So as to conclude, graphology reveals traits from your unconscious.

What exactly are the give away in your handwriting? Well that the technical part and as they say ‘slow and steady wins the race’. Okay, okay! I will show some of my cards, it’s the way you write, the slants and the angels and much more. Also, there are 2 approaches, (1) Gestalt approach where you see the wholeness, overall stuff and (2) trait base where you deep dive into the fine details of way of writing.

Well, graphology is not a magic. It can tell you weather you are lying or not and even traits of your personality but It can’t tell you your age, gender, cast, religion or nationality. For all those scavenger hunters, it cannot tell you about your future nor the past. Sorry guys! Although, you can compare your previous handwriting with the current one and find how you have evolved. I guess this can suffice your quest. You might also be wondering that nobody can camouflage their unconscious but ?children below 16 years of age are innocent soul, so this art and science has spared them. Truly, children below this age do not have a complete formed personality hence graphology do not work on them.

You might be wondering that this art and science can be applied everywhere. Because hey, handwriting is used everywhere. So, you are correct. In terms of domain, graphology is used in criminology to find lies and even the personality of convict. This is extensively used in Human Resource Management during the process of recruitment to find the best candidate. Usually, when the correct personality is determined, right candidate can be placed in right department, and this reduces the time or the need of long trainings. Graphology is also used by mental health experts and counsellors to guide the clients in right direction. It is also extremely helpful in relationship counselling to find weather the ‘vibes’ are matching or not, and if not, how to make things work. Again, I would reiterate graphology can be used in every walk of life.

I will provide with your first technical bite. The basic rules of graphology:

Graphology is present mindset –it provides you the information about the present and not the future or the past.

Graphology provides three traits – the primary trait: that is mostly seen, the secondary trait: that is sometimes seen and the tertiary trait: which is rarely seen.

Exaggerations truly mean opposite – In psychology, if a person laughs without any reason (and oncourse if he is not diagnosed with any psychopathologies) it truly means that the person is sad within.

?I am sure you might be wondering how exactly do you apply these rules? What does those slants and angles mean? How the trait or the gestalt approach is applied? And how exactly all of these things work together to make meaning of your handwriting?
