In the world of HR, nurturing fresh talent is not just a responsibility; it's a honour and privilege too. Over the past few months, at our Ahmednagar plant we had the opportunity to work with an exceptional group of HR interns, viz., ANKUR DHANVE ???? , Prashant Pakhare , Nandini Gujar , Kajal sunil Wable , Archana Borge

As an HR professional myself, I am genuinely delighted to share the success story of these five MBA students who have not just met but exceeded all expectations.

1. Passion for Learning: Our interns arrived with a thirst for knowledge, a passion for HR, and an eagerness to contribute. They demonstrated a remarkable ability to quickly grasp complex HR, IR and OD concepts and a strong desire to continuously learn and improve.

2. Self Initiative and Proactive Approach: One of the standout qualities of these interns was their proactive approach. They were not just content with assigned tasks but often came forward with innovative ideas and solutions. Their initiative added immense value to our HR department.

3. Team Players: Collaboration is key in HR, and our interns knew this all too well. They seamlessly integrated into our existing HR team, creating a harmonious and productive work environment. Their ability to work effectively with others, both within and outside their department, was truly commendable.

4. Strong Communication Skills: Effective communication is the backbone of HR. These interns displayed excellent communication skills, whether it was in written reports, presentations, or interpersonal interactions. Their ability to convey complex HR concepts in a clear and concise manner was impressive.

5. Results-Oriented: Ultimately, HR is about achieving results. Our interns not only met the goals set for them but often exceeded them. Their contributions directly impacted the success of our HR initiatives, and we are grateful for their dedication and hard work.

6. Positive Attitude: Positivity is contagious, and these interns brought a breath of fresh air to the workplace with their enthusiasm and upbeat attitude. Their positivity was not only motivating for their colleagues but also created a better work environment for all.

As we bid adieu to this talented group of interns, we reflect on the immense value they have added to our organization. Their dedication, skills, and commitment to HR excellence have been truly exceptional. We are confident that they have bright futures ahead, and I have no doubt that they will make a significant mark in the field of HR.

  • Ideas generation and implementation to enhance performing workplaces

Kajal sunil Wable have contributed by way of :

  • Disciplinary process
  • Workmen satisfaction survey
  • Enhancing effectiveness of first aid points
  • Improving overall Employee Relations experience

Archana Borge have contributed by way of :

  • Recruitment drive for trainees
  • Changes in uniform policy
  • HR presence at shop floor
  • Post programme effectiveness of employee family connect
  • Enhancing Canteen effectiveness

And most importantly, planning and execution of '????? ???? ????' an most unique and powerful tool to improve employee family connect and enhance safety, connect, productivity, discipline and all other aspects of employee to make every employee a wonderful citizen and a powerful employee was done by this amazing group of interns.
