Humans have different natures and ways of thinking, just as the circumstances of their upbringing have a significant role in building their personalities and attitudes. Through social life and continuous interaction, we know about people's natures and ways of dealing. In our daily life, we encounter several people whose personalities are different, which is the norm and essence of life. And we build a particular image for each person, and we can choose who to sit with and avoid those who cause us problems and inconvenience.

Avoiding is sometimes not possessed in institutions, especially if you have a position or deal with co-workers. Here the vision differs; you must deal with colleagues, superiors, subordinates, and customers. One of the most challenging types of dealings that we encounter is when we work as a team, or we are responsible for individuals, some of whom - and they are few - happen not to want to work for unknown reasons, so they begin to evade work and make excuses one after the other and hinder the progress and completion of work.

German Professor Wener Correll wrote a book translated into Arabic entitled "Discover the Nature of People and Ways to Deal with Them", which focuses on the art of correct dealing in the workplace and the family by applying psychology theories, where he explains that differences occur in workplaces. You find that people drive excuses constantly, do not work and produce, nor do they encourage giving, so you always find yourself facing "the Same Person with the Same Excuses". When, while performing our duties, we encounter an employee who gives lame and endless excuses, we relieve ourselves of the pressure and say with a smile (SPSE), referring to the continuation of excuses from the same employee, and let us turn the topic to humor to reduce psychological pressure, which is one of the recommendations of the German Professor Correll, that a sense of humor is one of the most basic requirements for ensuring and maintaining mental health.

Advice, every time you encounter someone who disagrees with you in opinions and evades work with flimsy excuses, first try to listen to him, and deal with the situation positively and without convulsions because he might be right sometimes, and look for social solutions before official ones to build a healthy environment for everyone. You will find that most work problems are solved with a positive word, as Islam taught us. In the event that you encounter conflicts that cannot be resolved - which are usually rare - then you must take strict and legal solutions in this situation because work is a trust. Its performance is a duty for everyone. Allah will ask us about it on the Day of Resurrection.
