?The Quran (Book of the Allah) along with Worlds and the biography of the Prophet Mohamad (peace be upon him) is full of values and principles for managing the relationship and disagreements became the way of speaking in his saying (and tell the people well) and (Say to My servants that they should (only) say those things that are best: for Satan doth sow dissensions among them: For Satan is to man an avowed enemy) and then by the mechanism of preventing disagreement in saying the Almighty (defend the best, so what you have between you and him is enmity became best friend) and the fairness of good manners in transactions and offer mercy, patience, and forgiveness to others in his saying (show patience and forgive, that would truly be an exercise of courageous will and resolution in the conduct of affairs.) and distance from behaviors that may lead to disagreement (such as envy, misperception, lying, stupidity, gossip, competition for the world and controversy in controversial cases on which no trace or action may be built)
Respect and appreciation are a foundation in human relations, and everyone demands to be seen and heard, and their recognition and appreciation be a basis in the family, work, and street environment, yet life is not perfect, it may face challenges and conflicts in many situations and locations. Disagreement in a relationship is a kind of difference on a common topic, simple disagreement can be healthy, but some differences can be very stressful, and lead to negative behavior such as anger and stress. It may end up being a personal reaction and therefore lead to long-term damage to the relationship that is irreparable. Learning how to deal with disagreement positively and constructively, without excessive stress, is an important way to improve our lifestyle and relationships. How do we manage the dispute and always maintain a positive relationship from all angles and with everyone we meet despite the situation we are involved in?
Some strategies to deal with disagreement:
1-???The confrontation is a win/loss situation when the strength and argument of a person are predominantly in contention.
2-???Ignoring, you decide to ignore (you have no problem or no importance to the subject of disagreement) leave it as it is and both sides may forget it.
3-???Understanding, where they both waive some of their rights or opinions to reach the central region in disagreement.
4-???cooperation, and working together to reach common goals.
5-???Accommodate: It is a powerful tool for managing disagreements in family and community relationships with the public when maintaining the value of a relationship is more than the value of disagreement.
Questions to ask before choosing a dispute management method: How much do you appreciate the person or problem? Do you understand the consequences of your decisions? Do you have the time and energy to manage the dispute? Based on the answers, you can select which of the patterns you want to use for the position at hand. Try to view the controversy as an opportunity to learn, grow and find creative solutions to meet people's needs - the confrontation is not always against accommodating, both of which put it to use and must be carefully studied, in line with the planned goal, and with the expected consequences.
?Accommodate: Forget about the luck of oneself to please others, in which smoothness and high cooperation in dialogue, suitable for use when you want to maintain a positive relationship and maintain peace, used for issues of medium and low importance.
Accommodate: skills include the ability to sacrifice self-denial, compromise, and altruism. Overuse of accommodation can lead to loss of influence, frustration, a sense of oppression, and exploitation of others. Confrontation: Is the style of firmness in positions, not hesitating to collide with the opinions of others, and ends up winning and losing, a synonym for the style of competition in games and used when a person needs to make quick and important action, English translation.?to deal with vital issues, or in a situation where associational behavior can be misused. You need a strong ability to negotiate and manage disagreement or use your position and powers to make the right decision, you may end up taking a personal stand against yourself from others, or damage to relationships. A confrontation may end up being aggressive, tyranny, unity of competition, intimidation, attempting to gain power and pushing for influence, and gaining position. In the family or workplace, you must deal with differences that need to be solved with an open heart and high creation to avoid strained relationships. By knowing changeable and unchangeable behaviors, and thus absorbing them in the best way, the relationship ship is kept sailing safely in the stormy atmosphere to prevent its sinking – a skilled captain learns the art of management on rough seas, not at port. The decision to absorb or confront is not direct, it depends on the habits, attitudes, or forces that can be used and damage the relationship. Starting the dialogue by requesting the reasonable changes you need from the other party is a good positive step, and the willingness to ask them about the small changes they want and the flexibility to agree on the steps of the changes will chart the way for positive dialogue and mutual agreement. It starts with discovering before choosing a strategy, and how they can both participate in creating the perfect relationship they have always dreamed of, bearing in mind that disagreement is normal and a positive source of enrichment for any joint action. When your intention is to assimilate into a marital relationship, you'll always find a way to understand your partner's point of view, by looking for what's important to both of you, knowing why, and constructively sharing views and opinions. You will find a way to work together to manage differences of opinion and maintain a positive relationship through the skill of managing disagreement.
