How can potential customers find out about the various vehicles offered by a brand and access essential information about them? How do they find the nearest dealership? Google took an interest in the automakers and the experience they offer their customers on the web, and ranked them based on their performance.
Several criteria were taken into account to carry out this comparative study. On the criterion "Product information", Google was concerned with the clarity and completeness of the information on the various models of a manufacturer, taking into account in particular the current offers, the configuration of the vehicles, or even the cost various equipment and options. On this point, the Renault-Nissan Alliance seems unbeatable, since Dacia, Nissan and Renault are tied
The ease of use of websites and applications is also one of the points that have been dissected, with, among other things, configuration tools or contacts and making appointments with dealerships. Again, the top three manufacturers are tied for first place from French groups, with Dacia, DS and Peugeot.
