Employees are closely related to the organizations in which they work and devote all their energies to serving it, achieving their ambitions, and achieving the organization's goals.

However, some organizations do not provide the appropriate environment for work, marginalize the ideas of efficient employees, and cause a drop in their production rate, which impedes the achievement of goals and the employee's entry into a state of frustration.

Frustration causes the employee to enter into a cycle of psychological instability and psychological pressure, followed by instability in his dealings inside and outside the institution, and negatively affects his social life. He deals severely with his family and those closest to him and loses social relations.
