Each institution is considered an integrated entity in terms of name, laws, and individuals. Institutions work through production lines, administrative and technical departments according to each institution's nature. Institutions hire staff to represent them with the community and customers in several departments, such as the hotline, reception, and multitasking counter, to meet the customers, finalize transactions and respond to inquiries.
Every institution should review its internal policies and work to empower its employees towards knowledge and provide a healthy work environment. This staff requires careful training in all laws, monitoring them permanently, qualifying them to respond quickly, and respecting others, as the institution's reputation depends on them. Their actions are considered a mirror of the quality and system of the institution. If the opposite happens, the customers become angry with the institution and deal with it as not efficient for completing transactions and achieving Objectives.
And to the employee, we say: Do not fall short in your work even if you do not find the expected support from the work environment, and know that God will compensate you with good.
