?mmiUkki has A New Visual Look

?mmiUkki updated it’s visual to the same standard with it’s products. We are proud to present you our new logo, fonts, colours and a special visual element as well.

?mmiUkki New Logo

The logo combines Company Name with tree’s annual rings. These rings tell how old the tree was when it was cut. Our ”logo tree” would have been about 15-20 years old. The logo font reminds us of the simple and little rough lines that are typical in finnish landscape.

?mmiUkki New Colours and Fonts

The colour palette is very calm with some focal points. The blues are very dominanta in finnish nature whether it is summer or winter.  We finns love our blues and whites, which you can see also in our flag. The darkest blue represents the dark blue of our lakes in the summer and so called ”blue moment” in the winter. It’s the time before absolute darkness, when the last rays of sun make the landscape all over you really blue. The bright yellows and reds are seen especially in the summer and autumn, but let’s not forget the little elves with their red outfits before Christmas!

?mmiUkki New Visual Element

With annual rings in the logo, the new visual element is like trees’ grain. If you have wooden floor and you don’t paint it, this tree’s own pattern is beautifully seen. You can see this also on ?mmiUkki’s items, since they have a protective oil wax layer on them, which allows you to see the lovely unique pattern of each tree used to them.

Have you been naughty or nice?

Here in the north we’ve already seen some elves on their way to check how naughty or nice children (and adults) have been.
