Skypatch? provides a User Interface and User Experience (UI/UX) via web browser functions designed to provide a clear, consistent workflow, spanning the data lifespan from Recruiter initiation through student graduation from UFT. The data model for the application is a linked, modular architecture, which enhances performance in the case of sparse data as well as scaling gracefully when the data span grows by more than an order of magnitude. This database provides for the storage and maintenance of ordinary data fields—i.e., Name, Address, Date of Birth, etc.—as well as data artifacts that have previously been stored in shared server folders, e.g., scanned copies of lease paperwork, copies of passports, etc.—to create a single source application. Facilitating accurate and efficient collection, sorting, curation, and presentation of the needed data to the correct technician at the time, place, and format which best suits the specific task workflow.
