WatchWire’s measurement & verification project dashboard offers a high level view of all active or completed efficiency projects and provides analytics for total dollar savings, carbon impact, energy savings, and ROI. All projects are measured and verified according to IPMVP and ASHRAE Guideline 14-2014. Designed by an AEE accredited Certified Measurement and Verification Professional (CMVP), our M&V module processes both IPMVP Option B and C analysis, depending on the data fed to the module.

WatchWire Invoice Management Module
WatchWire automatically acquires invoices from utilities, capturing each and every line item and categorizing them into their respective components buckets - consumption, demand, flat charges, taxes, and miscellaneous fees. WatchWire statistically audits bills as they are integrated, alerting your team of any anomalies. The audited utility data set can be directly integrated with your accounts payable software to streamline the payment of bills.

WatchWire Budgeting Module
WatchWire analyzes billions of potential forecast models, picks the best model based on statistical thresholds, then projects forward the monthly billing period consumption/demand for the applicable fiscal year. WatchWire’s budget variance reports provide an analysis of actual invoice data vs. what was budgeted, and budgets can be reforecast based on actual to-date invoice data, reprocessing the forecast model with updated to-date information and projecting forward recalculated budget numbers.
