What a fun filled first day at NVIDIA GTC. Some big announcements and even more insightful talks and discourse. #blackwellGPU was a monumentally seismic generational leap in compute power for processing over 1 trillion parameter count LLM's. The architecture, application and possibility of this platform from Nvidia will drive the future of AI solutions for some time. As you begin to understand the scale of compute required to solve some of AIs biggest challenges this leap cannot be underestimated. Lowe's Companies, Inc. talk around the application of Gen AI in the retail space, across the customer journey from home, online and in store and the way its empowering its associates with AI that drives tangible added value to those customer experiences and in store experiences highlighted applied AI value to the end consumers. I especially enjoyed the application of computer vision around the self checkout process and the knowledge store they are building for their associates to answers a vast array of DIY questions. NVIDIA Omniverse was undoubtedly prevalent as the far reaching applications of the technology stack across digital twins found itself interwoven into many talk tracks to enable not just content production but simulation and analysis of real world situations. We also had some great partner chats with the likes of BRIA AI and how we can partner to build solutions atop their platform that provide our clients with both the flexibility, indemnity and security required to bring real world applications of generative Ai to content production. Whats becoming evident is the rise of the AI platform and how it can enable brands to harness the right model, at the right time with the right talent to task.
