I went through the interview process at Autodesk for a Software Engineer - Frontend position earlier this year. I was referred by a friend, who works at Autodesk. For candidates applying without a referral, the initial stage typically includes an online assessment featuring three coding problems of easy to medium difficulty, according to Leetcode standards. ? ?????????? ???????? ??????????????????: The interviewer focused extensively on JavaScript, addressing topics such as ?????????? ????????????????, ??????????????????, ????????????????????, ????????????????, ?????? ?????????????? ?????????????? ?????????????? ???????? ??????????????, ?????????? ??????????????, ?????? ?????????????? ??????????????. Some more questions were also asked on ReactJS, particularly useMemo, useRef, and strategies to avoid prop drilling. In the end, there were some Js code snippet based questions asked. ? ???????????? ???????? ??????????????????: This round involved a detailed discussion about my project work, specifically a project where I utilized Redux. I explained my decision-making process behind choosing Redux, the architecture of the slices created, and other technical details. Further discussions included JavaScript and React concepts like ?????? ????. ??????, ???????????? ????. ????????????????, ?????? ?????? ?????? ?????????????????? ???? ?????????????? ???????? ?????????????? ????????????????????, as well as topics on ???????????????? ????????, ???????????????????????? ??????????????????????, ?????? ????????????????. Despite excellent feedback for both the rounds and in-depth talks, the selection process ended before my last HR round since another candidate had already gone through all the rounds and been selected for the position. ??????????????????????: I am grateful for the opportunity to interview with Autodesk, The process was professionally conducted and offered significant insights into the demands and expectations of a Frontend Software Engineer role within a company. ? ??
