Zingage customers are surfacing some pretty amazing stories from their caregivers, thanks to this new feature launch These messages written by caregivers are being evaluated by our AI to ensure they're positive and constructive. Then they're being posted for the rest of the company to see. There can be so much negativity in home care and so many fires to put out, that we never hear about the good stuff. I don't know of another way to organically gather this kind of feedback from all the caregivers who want to share. I have some ideas, but I'm curious: How would you respond to some of these messages from caregivers?
