I recently came across a post on LinkedIn about betting on yourself, and it really got me thinking. Back in mid-Q4 of 2024, I was determined to invest in myself, grow my digital presence, and expand my clientele. I even set up a new website and was ready to launch a fresh Instagram account. But just as I was about to start, the platform flagged the account, and, honestly, I gave up on it entirely. Since then, I’ve been telling myself, “Maybe digital isn’t for me,” all because of that one setback. Reflecting on that post yesterday made me realize something important: I didn’t give it my all. I let a small pebble on the road feel like a stop sign. The truth is, I’ve grown a lot since October—even though it’s only been three months. I’m ready to put my full effort into this again and truly believe in my abilities. Despite that short break, I’ve already signed two new clients offline. It’s time to bet on myself again. Today, I’m officially deciding to share my personal website, StudioPolaris.io, on my LinkedIn profile. I’m also committing to getting back to the daily task of sending a cold email with a rough proposal to a small business every day. If you know any businesses that could use help with digital strategy or branding, I’d love to schedule a discovery call with them.
