Data where the watch when you're out riding, when you're out running, when you're lifting weights, you're gonna see your performance see your progress and all the other things that are great smartwatch connected to your phone can do with Ben wearing this at night, it's going to be able to track his REM sleep and if he snored even something like that, that's right. This is exactly, exactly right and you'll be able to monitor the the your performance overtime and your sleep over time to improve it as you go.
