The wage gap for Latino workers in Philadelphia, especially in nonprofits, is stark. Latinas earn just 54 cents for every dollar paid to non-Hispanic white men. It's time for leadership to address this disparity by tackling the root causes of occupational segregation and discrimination. Economic equity and community empowerment depend on closing this gap.
