I believe the best way to celebrate women - and basically any person of any gender - is to speak clear and loud on how you value them, look up to them, and how you're inspired by them every day. I like positive communication, so happily implement this approach every day, especially in my workplace.?Once I shared this post today I though - why not to do it here and now? There're women who had a great impact on my career, and I just want to thank them here. Alina Volchek I always look up to her as the most dedicated and innovative leader I've ever worked with. Still can't understand how she perfectly combines the ability to completely trust you and always be there at the exact moment you need her advice or keen eye. Her bonus talent - she's the best in recruiting top pros:) Julia Petryk She's my PR role model. The two reasons I wanted to work for MacPaw: cats and Julia (I was 23, do not judge me). I ended up working for the competitor at Zeo Alliance (and grateful for it, because I met my favorite people there). When I started my career ten years ago, I thought she's the best in Ukraine. Today, I am sure she's not only the best proffesional but an incredibly strong person, one of the main drivers of Ukraine's victory.? Kimberly Tytyk, INHC, CIHC I always envy those colleagues who got a change to work more closely with Kim on content. Cause, guys, she's just the best in combining creativity and financial results. But still, everything I know about strategic thinking and organizing my own and my team (no matter how big) workflow I got from Kim. Also, her kindness, support and wisdom is something I still can rely on.??

Inc. Magazine put out their 2024 list of 250 female founders. Take a look including the criteria that they used to choose this list of most intriguing women. However, the list only includes women in the United States. So here is the challenge. Use the comments and list/tag women from all over the world who you think are intriguing women. Who should we follow? Who should we lift up? Who is doing interesting things (regardless of the recognition or notoriety)? They don't have to be famous. They just have to be important to you (and be intriguing). If they are on LinkedIn tag them so that others can learn about these amazing, intriguing women too. #womenentrepreneurs #womeninbusiness #celebratingwomen #WomenInLeadership #TrailblazingWomen #WomenEmpowerment https://lnkd.in/dG3iS3Nx

Key to creating systemic change in the venture capital landscape, where only 2% of funding goes to women founders and within that, .34% to Black women founders, is challenging the stereotype of what a successful entrepreneur looks like. At Astia we invest in this underfunded yet outperforming, non-stereotypical founder time and again. Thank you Forbes for recognizing CEO Tanya Van Court whose fintech Goalsetter is bringing financial literacy to students and their families throughout the US. #investment #innovation #inclusion #venturecapital #Astiaportfolio
Last week, our CEO and Founder, Tanya Van Court, was celebrated alongside 50 extraordinary women at the Forbes 50 Over 50 luncheon in New York City’s Rainbow Room! The event recognized women making an impact at 50 and beyond. Tanya, together with inspiring figures like Darlene Goins, Mika Brzezinski, and Suze Orman, gathered to celebrate the power and potential of women over 50. This recognition amplifies Tanya’s leadership in fintech as she continues to lead the charge in bringing financial freedom to families across America. We couldn’t be prouder!
