Limb loss is the final stage of peripheral artery disease and challenging decision for both clinicians and patients. This paper summarizes #MulticenterResearch on building a #WebAI model to predict disease outcomes using pedal angiograms. Grateful for the collaboration of vascular units at Universit?tsklinikum Leipzig A?R and Charité - Universit?tsmedizin Berlin, the insightful reviews, and guidance from the journal editors. Special thanks to Jason Mayes for his invaluable #TensorFlow.js tutorials, which helped bring this model to life. #HealthcareAI #MLinHealthScience #AmputationPrediction #PAD #CLTI https://lnkd.in/e7SsRB2f
Thank you for the tag and it is truly great to see the knowledge from the course be used for something so useful. Thank you for sharing and being part of the #WebAI community - starting to see more medical use cases emerge ??
Maud Nalpas Paul Kinlan André Bandarra James Bankoski FYI still TensorFlowJS is showing its use for medical applications. No gen AI used here just good ol' machine learning on a custom dataset. I still feel this is where a lot of the low hanging fruit is for industries and businesses application of AI. Making it easier for people to do stuff like this in their own industry is just as key as latest gen ai model research - we must continue to invest in both. Jeanine Banks Timothy Jordan Sachin Kotwani Ram Iyengar fyi too.
Dr. Amir Lahav fyi another web AI medical usecase ?
